Breast Enlargement Exercises
Breast enlargement exercises can’t actually increase the breast size, because breasts don’t contain muscles that expand thanks to regular exercising. However, exercises can’t reduce your breast size. But exercises have many benefits and advantages:
- exercising tones the muscles on which breast tissue lies
- breast exercises make the backup chest line firmer and more prominent, so your breast looks bigger
- exercising makes the breasts firmer and stronger, and provide improved breast contour
Here is a list of some exercises that are very beneficial for the bust:
Pec Press: Use 3-5 pounds of weights. Lie on your back with your knees bent. Stretch your arms to each side and then slowly bring them together. Wait for a second and slowly lower your arms after that. Make three sets of 10-12 repetitions per day.
Butterfly Press: For this exercise you should use two 3-5 pound weights. Sit on the edge of a chair with a straight back and arms at the sides. Raise your arms to the level of the shoulders and hold this position while you count to four. Then slowly return to starting position. Make up to three sets of 5-7 repetition a day.
Wall ups: You should stand about two feet from a wall with your face turned towards it. Put your hands flat against the wall at the level of the chest. Then lean slowly toward the wall as you use your arm and chest muscles to control your motion. When you touch the wall with your nose, push back to your starting position. Repeat this 15 times.
Pectoral Push-Ups: Lie on the floor with your face down and raise up as in conventional push-ups, but keep your forearms and elbows on the floor. Stay in this position for 30 seconds. Repeat this exercise five times.
When you make breast enhancement exercises, you should follow these recommendations in order to achieve better results:
- keep the midsection of your body firm
- do not hold your breath while you are performing chest exercises. Breathe out at the hardest point of the exercise
- train all parts of the body, not only the breast. It will not look good if the chest is strong and the rest of the body is out of shape
- train all breast areas instead of making jus one breast enlargement exercise
- always perform a warm-up before your training and a cool-down after it followed by a good stretch
Regular breast enhancement exercises will help you to get rid of the toxins in the breasts through the lymphatic system. You will also provide the tissues with nutrients required for their normal function. Exercising will reduce and sooths the PMS symptoms, menopause and menstrual cramps. In addition, breast exercises can diminish benign breast cysts and promote general breast health. They may also prevent breast infection and cancer.
